Wet (The Water's Edge Series Book 1), by Stacy Kestwick

Doughnuts were her weakness.
If Sadie Mullins hadn’t been running on the beach to burn off the calories from her doughnut addiction, she wouldn’t have noticed the man not moving out in the water.
Wouldn’t have dived in after him.
Wouldn’t have met West Montgomery.
The cocky bastard should have been thankful, grateful even.
Of course, he wasn’t.
That should have been the end of it.
Of course, it wasn’t.
Damn doughnuts.

Review
Phenomenal debut! The writing is flawless, the character development out of this world! Five huge stars for one of my favorite New Adult reads for 2015. -- #1 NYT Bestselling author Rachel Van Dyken.

Wet is, hands-down, the most awesome debut I've read in awhile. I was hooked from the start by Sadie and her humor, and West is the type of hero you can't help but swoon over. I LOVED this couple! Stacy Kestwick has a winner on her hands with this smart, sexy book! -- Emily Snow, NYT and USA Today bestselling author

Cleverly written, Kestwick's debut novel, WET, flows with effortless ease, creating a storyline and characters that I fell in love with instantly. I highly recommend everyone take the plunge! -- Erin Noelle, USA Today bestselling author

About the Author
I'm a Southern girl who firmly believes mornings should be outlawed. My perfect day would include lounging on a hammock with a good book, carbohydrates, and the people around me randomly breaking into choreographed song and dance routines. It would not include bacon, cleaning, or anything requiring patience.

CLIFFHANGER AT THE END! Read at your own risk
By woodstock
Read WET at your own risk. That's pretty much all I have to say because I was screaming and cussing at my screen for a few minutes at the end. I'm giving this book three stars (that's being generous on account of how I feel right now) just because I hate CLIFFHANGERS and I was really hoping that there would be no more BS going on between Sadie and West! Don't get me wrong, its a great book, it has its moments where it was hilarious and it moved along and i enjoyed it immensely, but there was just so much drama going on between Sadie and West that had to do with Aubrey near the end. I don't know if I'll get the next one or not but if you like cliffhangers and the drama llama then go for this book, but I was a bit disappointed.

Incredible!!
By Jennifer Van Wyk
I absolutely adore finding new authors. Whether new to me or new to the scene, it makes me happy. What's even more? When a new author just blows me away.

Stacy's writing in Wet is engaging, demanding and powerful. I found myself laughing at loud, fanning myself from the steamy scenes and wanting to scream! All the makings of an incredible book, if you ask me.

I was completely hooked at the prologue and never wanted the experience to end. I love that I both hated and loved West. He was deliciously cocky, witty, laid back and totally chill. Almost to the point where I was like "dude! Come on! Pay attention!" Sadie was incredible - she was also witty and pretty laid back, she was strong and held her own. I love that I wanted to be friends with so many of the secondary characters, too. Theo, Rue, Hailey, Wyatt... the group of friends had great chemistry & camaraderie. I loved the banter and experiences they had.

Congratulations to Stacy on an incredible debut novel of Wet. I can't wait for Soaked!!

Wet Yourself!
By Abbey Funk
I'm so glad that Amazon recommended Wet to me. I'm a huge fan of finding and falling in love with new authors to stalk. Stacy definitely earned herself a book creeper in me with this debut!

I read a ton. I think I read around 700 books last year and of those maybe two did I leave reviews for. For me to leave a review I have to fall in love with the hero and the heroine. West and Sadie did not let me down.

I love that they are both independent with their own friends and jobs keeping them busy. Neither character needs saving, even though they tease about it. I'm getting incredibly tired of reading female characters who need rescuing. It's so overplayed.

If you're like me and love a story with fun, strong characters, crazy dogs, awesome supporting cast, donuts and laugh-out-loud moments then quit reading my comment and get yourself Wet!!
